We take copyright seriously and respond to valid notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws.
Reporting Claims of Copyright Infringement
If you believe material available on mzansipeaches.com infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice asking us to remove or disable access to the material. These requests should be submitted by the copyright owner or an agent authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
If we remove or disable access to material in response to a notice, we will make a reasonable effort to notify the affected party and may allow a counter‑notification as described below. We document the notices on which we act.
Filing a DMCA Notice of Copyright Infringement
You can submit a structured request using our online form here: Request a Copyright Takedown.
We also accept free‑form notices. To be effective under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3), your written notice must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail to allow us to locate it (include the exact URL(s)).
- Your contact information (full name, postal address, telephone number, and email address).
- A statement that you have a good‑faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name is sufficient for notices submitted electronically).

Counter‑Notification Procedures
If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, the original uploader or authorized agent may send us a counter‑notification that includes:
- Your name, address, phone number, and physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled, and the location before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good‑faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of a court where you reside (or any judicial district where we may be found if outside the U.S.) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice or that person’s agent.
Upon receipt of a valid counter‑notification, we may restore the material after 10–14 business days unless we first receive notice that the original complainant has filed a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringement.
Important
- Submitting a DMCA notice is a legal process. Do not make false claims. Misuse may lead to account actions or legal consequences.
- We may share the contents of a notice or counter‑notice (including contact details) with the affected party.
